The simple design of the CoSB-R emblem expresses the school's adherence to the virtue of simplicity as espoused by St. Brother Benilde, whose name the school bears. The open book symbolizes the school's commitment to quality education and openness to creative and innovative ideas; education that will bring out faith filled learners, inspired by the love of Jesus Christ as represented by the cross. The laurel leaves symbolize the school's continuous pursuit for excellence in the academe. The school also shares the Star of Faith taken from the De La Salle Brothers' Official Seal.

The members of the academic community of the College of San Benildo - Rizal firmly believe:

In doing ordinary things extraordinarily well as espoused by our patron, St. Brother Benilde Romancon.
That Benildean education is an education for life, which prepares students to deal with real life situations with integrity and competence.

That students should be provided with various opportunities to express their giftedness, and develop their potentials to the fullest, and be of service to others.
In providing a well-balanced curriculum that enhaces personal growth, and promotes social responsibility & ecological consciousness.
